SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

We ship within India from our Patiala office via DTDC& shipping is currently free for all Indian and International orders. Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within 5-10 days*.

*Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. www.punjla.com cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

 

Shipping Processing Time

On the product page for each item, you’ll see a dispatch estimate. E.g. 1-2 weeks. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker.

However some items are made to order & are manufactured based on your measurements, which takes a longer time. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time please email us at  support@punjla.com

 

Orders Multiple Objects
If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.
However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at  support@punjla.com  with your order number, we shall do the needful.

Shipment Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section of www.punjla.com.in or on www.DTDC.com by inserting the tracking number supplied.

Order Delays

Firstly, we’d like to apologize. We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about if & when they arise. If you’ve been waiting longer than you should have and you haven’t heard from us, please email us at support@punjla.com & we will get back to you within 48 hours.

 

Return Policy

We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product. If damaged, we need pictures of the damaged product at support@punjla.com and we request to return within 10 working days. For returns please contact us at support@punjla.com

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy


You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Punjla

A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.

 

Alterations


All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 12 – 20 days depending on the extent of alteration required.
Punjla takes 4 days to confirm the alteration after receiving a request. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when www.punjla.com approves it.
